Privacy & Terms
How Glyphae handles your data, and the terms for using it. Last updated 16 June 2026.
Privacy
What we collect
- Account — your email (to sign you in), plus anything you add to your profile: name, username, website, bio.
- Security — session records including IP address and browser user-agent, to keep your account safe.
- Contributions — the asset metadata and files you upload.
How we use it
- To run your account, sign you in, and show your public profile and contributions.
- To send sign-in (magic) links and password-reset emails via Resend. We don't send marketing email.
Storage & processors
Account and catalog data live in our PostgreSQL database; asset files are stored on Cloudflare R2; email is delivered by Resend. These providers process data only to provide the service. We don't sell your data.
API keys
API keys are stored hashed — the plaintext can't be recovered, and you can revoke a key anytime in your account.
Cookies
A single first-party cookie keeps you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
Edit or delete your profile and contributions at any time, or request deletion of your account by emailing us.
Terms
Your account
Keep your credentials and API keys secure; you are responsible for activity under them. Don't share API keys.
Your content
You keep ownership of the assets you contribute. By uploading, you confirm you hold the rights to them and grant Glyphae a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute them through the gallery and API. Curated assets are provided under the license stated on each entry.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload illegal or infringing content.
- Don't abuse the API or disrupt the service; rate limits apply, and keys may be throttled or revoked.
Availability
Glyphae is provided "as is", without warranty. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
